High ranks are currently open for every clan. If you are interested, all you need to do is pm me your filled out form (answer as though you are your character, making this like an interview process) and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Your character must already be accepted on the site, just to make things easier. Don't forget to provide a link to your accepted application.
