Sage - Useful for breathing problems (asthma) and alleviating nasal discharge (runny nose). Should be crushed and if you can, attempt to place somewhere hot and inhale the fumes. If chewed, can help with respiratory problems, mouth problems, stomach problems, and skin problems.
Thuja - Useful for repelling moths. (no medicinal use)
Thyme - Useful for coughs and bronchitis. Also calms and helps relieve shock.
Turmeric - Useful for skin problems/inflammatory problems. Can also help with sores and stomach ailments, as well as aches, pains, wounds, and sprains.
Valerian - Useful for insomnia. Can be used as a sedative, and helps with anxiety.
Willow - If consumed, can alleviate aches and fevers. Can also be used to help stop blurry vision.
Wintersweet (also known as Oregano) - Useful for stomach and respiratory ailments. Can also be used for sore throats, and to help with the nervous system.
Witch-Hazel - Alleviates bee stings. Also helps with sores, bruises, and swelling. Good for treating poison ivy. Also can be used to energise.
